Game Footage - for scouting/coaches

Hi
i was wondering what leagues use to share there game footage in all the state leagues in Australia

from what i have known SEABL use dropbox where clubs have to upload there game online for coaches to get it

Bigv i think clubs have to send a dvd to the league and can share between themselves

im guessing NBL easy they with all the Tv coverage they got would use that

or get footage on the night

With NBL even when there were seasons with not every game covered by TV or online each club were required to film their home games. Somehow this footage was shared around but not sure through what medium.
