This ESPN story has a few quotes from Matt Flinn about Ball's time in the NBL.
"When that guy's on you, take him every time," Flinn said. "He has no chance of staying in front of you."
"I got you, Coach," Ball said, before patting Flinn on the back and adding, "Him and everyone else in the world."
Flinn burst out laughing, right there on the court.

Considering his small sample size of games taking him in the top 10 I believe would be a huge risk. Look at Exum as an example in hindsight was he worth the 5th pick and his sample size was terrible
Being good for business and being good at business are two different things.
Exum played a few games against players his own age, nothing like Ball has done, no comparison. Exum was hidden where as Ball was front and centre also.
Ball wasn't going to run the business, just invest in it. He was still wanted but would only participate with the other group owner who missed out. His pulling power and contacts would’ve been great for the nbl.

I never understood why people would ask a question on a forum like 'when is the draft?' and then sit and wait for a response.
Instead of just googling it and getting the answer instantly.

He is going to the Chicago Bulls. I've ran the simulation program 10 million times and a huge majority has him going to the Bulls.

He doesn't fit in with Minnesota or Golden State team he suits most at highest number is 3 for Charlotte in a 3 guard system, Cleveland would be a great fit especially with Drummond/Love/Sexton, he would have centers that can finish unlike what happened at the Hawks and a couple shooters
New York should trade for a higher spot, that's where he should be.
