Have seen it linked by NBA-related Twitter accounts as a joke for what Brooklyn nets timeouts will look like after the acquisition of James harden.
Not good signs if Connor has had to go to this level in one of his first time outs.

I recall a timeout with Al Westover coaching Melbourne, against Kings. Al got all fatherly gently calling the team in and it went something like this:
(Sits back), "Fellers, fellers come in, come in."
(Leans forward) "Now, fellers. Did anyone notice Jason Smith ...
...JUST SHOT 3 FKN THREES. PLAY SOME FKN DEFENCE"...
Then he went back to "normal' coaching!
I remember that Paul Maley one back in the day!

Gorge was good for a few f bombs too.
Crucified for what, a bit of potty mouth? Got his point across, finish the spray and then get on with it. Maybe early in the season to give a bit of a mouthful in case it happens again and doesn't have any effect, but they're big boys, not under 14 girls!
