It's fair to say the Brisbane 35ers are not quite the 36ers, and one thing for sure is that the Hawks have the wood on these boys this season. Brisbane might be getting the Olympic games in 2032, but the only thing for sure is the only thing they ever get from Illawarra is sorrow.

The Hawks have an NBA player in Deng Adel so they have to win.
Deng Adel is one of the lowest IQ players in the NBL. How he played NBA is beyond me!!

Agree 100%, it's amazing what a bit good PR can do, yes he has played nba but for shit sides and FA minutes. Poor defender, poor shooter, and no idea about team ball, has a fantastic agent though.

I know Deng Adel has been getting a bit from this board already, but after watching him in person I reckon he's definitely the epitomy of a one dimensional player. Every time he touches it he just looks to score. It's kind of like Acuil for United but at least he's usually taking close to the rim shots.
So much for Homicide's call that Adel would lead the league in scoring.
Hawks have to many stupid players to be any good.
They are not a finals team no matter how people want to spin it.
Bairstow, Adel to players that are over rated and guys like naar look completely lost.
Bairstow has been solid for the Hawks, certainly not overrated.
Homicide also said Sloan would be mvp, he's ok on that show and with gaze but take all he says with a grain of salt. Santa following down the same hole, thanks they gave hooley ago, he’s been fine.
Illawarra will bounce back, Goorj is to good a coach, surprised he got conned into the Adel publicity machine though.
