Does this mean he has to tank the semi now?

Who will United get?

I think United are trading him for DeRozan!

Well done to Jock he's been tearing it up the last 6 months.

Fantastic news. Very sure that his output at the Olympics has helped make this happen. Show pop what you can do tomorrow, Jock.

Spurs shedding a lot of experience. Think they're going for the lottery.

The contract amount for Landale hasn't been reported yet, but the Spurs had $4-6 million in cap space and the room exception of $4.9 million.

Here's hoping he'll go up another level in his game - just in time for Paris 2024.

Good move for him, and Spurs. He gets to learn from one of the best coaches and organisations, and potentially have a line to the likes of Duncan and Robinson to improve his game. Spurs get a young PF who can play in/out and is continuing to improve significantly on the defensive end. Spurs are clearly moving on from their older players to make room for a splash in the upcoming couple years in free agency, and possibly acquire picks. Still wouldn't discount them from making the playoffs or think that they’ll tank

Landale in just a short time under Goorj has improved his defence a lot. I was never convinced he'd get there, will concede I was wrong. Good luck to him.

Brilliant! Well done Landale.

Sad the Spurs lost Patty but very happy another Aussie now on the roster.

He might get time too, as their other new big man signing (Collins) just had surgery - uncertain when he'll return. Rudy Gay (who played 4 sometimes) left Spurs too. So there will be minutes available if Landale can prove he's worth them. Which I think he's definitely capable of doing.

Hope Lindale takes advantage of his opportunity.

He's a good young talent.
I would say as Athletic as Baynes.

Hopefully NBA regular for the next 10 years.
