Hey, I have heard a bit about this product or program and wounder if anyone has actually bought it?

I am 5"9 and can touch the ring but was woundering how much higher it would make me jump, i think it costs $40 US but im not sure.

So if anyone has any info on what sortof stuff it involves and whether it is genuine or not could you please post.....

MOst jumping programs are based around plyometrics. There are plenty of articles on plyos on the net. Be careful though, make sure you talk to a sports doctor first.

did air alert 3 but makes sure when doing it stretch b4 and after doing it and another thing it only helps u in jumping higher but does not increase fitness. If u r committed in doing it it willl take up a lot of ur strength prob do it during
pre season
