Could Brisbane beat the 1988 Supercats?

I'm leaning towards no.

Lmao, but probably not, to many pretenders, Sobey leading the list.

Let's not forget how bad Geelong were. A winless season is pretty bad. Any team with Baynes, Tyler Johnson and Sobey will win games. Didn’t Bruce Hope start at point guard for the superpussies.

It's not meant to be a serious comparison, it's always been a thing on here when a team starts out bad or whatever someone does a thread saying they're so bad they couldn't even beat the '88 Supercats. Of course the Bullets would beat them.

I dunno Zodiac, when you look at those matchups? Leonard Mitchell could really ball, and Duncan as coach vs Mathieson well things start to lean the cats way.

It didn't start as just a generic "this team is playing poorly" thing, it was a response to horrifically bad play. Losing in overtime ain't it. Be better.

I think it's more the 0-3 thing for a team that’s meant to fire (if you’re a brissy fan)

It's way harder to quantify than a win-loss record but the current Brisbane ownership are in the running for all-time worst organisation.

Aside from Baynes who fell in their lap what have they done aside from existing.

Agree, poor use of meme

Brisbane have played 2 of the main contenders, and lost a 3rd game in OT. All 3 games on the road and they had sizeable leads in 2 of them

Barnes doesn't want to be there, he's just wanting that NBA callup.
