Just wondering if anyone has a definitive answer on the 2024 promotion and relegation system.
I heard talk of a top 4/Bottom 4 round robin in Feb to determine who plays where. Also keen to know if it is happening whether it's just seniors or youth and whether it will apply across all Divisions.

It needs to be a promotion/relegation system that is linked into NBL1.
Cap NBL1 at 16 teams, bottom 2 relegated at the end of year.
Grand Finalists from BigV Champ get promoted - bottom 2 relegated to D1.
Same for D1 and D2.
They do this in other sports at the senior level and it provides real incentive to do what it takes to not be relegated or achieve that promotion.
BigV is actually fairly consistent in applying promotion/relegation to the Youth divisions, they just need to do the same for the seniors.

As a guess, maybe Aussie meant he heard about it in Feb ? There's no way they could do the tournament that late. It'd have to be at the end of the season, ready for the next, surely.

Heard the same thing. Youth league comps. Played before season. Does beg the question re squad, fixturing etc.. as all raised here.
