Their Facebook page simply states "Woodville District Basketball Club has parted ways with NBL1 Women's Coach."

Hardly seemed like a sackable offence. He's got them playing reasonable basketball, and just took the scalp of a quality team. Has them out to a better record so far than they’ve had in years. Not all the players were informed, and the leaders of the team disappointed and shocked by it I’ve heard.
