NZB @ SEM, Oct 28

Breakers haven't played too badly in their losses, but will not want to fall too far behind the pack. Cheatham is a big out with Mathiang struggling and out of favour.

NZ are going to leave nothing to chance today, this now could be the game of the round as SEM have also shown they have some fight. PJC is the key, who from Phoenix can guard him. At a guess, breakers by 1.

PER are rock bottom on the ladder if NZB win.

SEM got sloppy in the last minutes and let NZ back in, neither side playing that good D.

Bryce Cotton watching Parker Jackson Cartwright get to the line for 12 or 14 free throws must be wondering what he needs to do for a call??

NZ fans watching Maor butcher this game with his silly first-half small ball with Mathiang on the bench must be wondering what was going on!

Look at the plus minus, it tells you a lot about the game, breakers should get a lot out of the last quarter, Mathiang showed something, JPC was fantastic. Kelly got his subs badly in end of the third and start last. SEM starting five were excellent but their bench was poor today.

To be fair Mathiang has not really been doing well. He did well when sauce was on the bench and Creek was playing five. Both coaches got it wrong a bit today, it's not easy.

This Phoenix starting five is good, it’s surprised me, not United class though.

Yes but mody let his petulance get in the way of judgement in not playing mathiang. I was thinking at the time regardless of how bad he's been looking there's no option but to play him. It ended up costing them any chance of winning really

Kelly definitely has SEM playing some decent basketball.

NZ desperately need Cheatham back, and more from Mathiang/Pineau

WMW is still finding his feet after sitting out pre-season which isn't helping.
Now with Cheatham out Mathiang really needs to step up and show something otherwise they’ll be digging a huge hole in the Loss column that they won’t be able to claw back.

Some very bad decision making by Browne on offence that let the Breakers claw back into it. SEM we're lucky not to let that one slip.

Hard to do mystro if mody decides he's not willing to play him like last night

I'm not a big fan of mathiang but that was a bad bad call

I'm glad Kelly has found a head coaching position.

Perth hiring him as an associate head coach under two muppets in the form of ScoMo and Rillie was a slap in the face.
