Perth @ Cairns

Should be a good game... if it goes ahead.

Olgun tweeting problems with the air con again leaving the court covered in condensation, chance of a reschedule.

Game confirmed on.

No mention of it on NBL media. As usual, the info has been parsed out to Olgun 'Paul Bearer' Uluc to distribute.

Nice start by both teams, Cotton looks sore, grabbing a hip.

Cairns pretty unlucky so far. Missing a stack of bunnies around the basket that would usually drop at a high clip.

While Harris and Wagstaff got good raps for Perth turn around, Doolittle has quietly gone about his game, does a lot 1%ers very good, box outs, screens, help outs.

Cats by 9 at the quarter. Kuol keeping titans in it knocking down threes.

Cairns might need a couple ex-titans players to run through the Cats during a time out :)

I don't think there is a team that switches off like Perth and do dumb sh*t. Undoes so much of their good work.

Commentators talking about how bad Cats schedule is but everyone knows they do it every year because RAC is being used for tennis.
They plan for it well in advance.

Yes I second that Luuuc!

I'm not watching - Perth playing well or Cairns average, or what?

Score flatters taipans, Perth looking a class above, Riley smart playing bench at back end of second quarter. Like the way the refs have let them play, it's been good. McCall going to iso imo.

A pretty meh game so far.
I don't feel like Perth are playing especially well. Taipans not doing a good job of challenging us. They should have made more inroads when we had the B team in.

In Cairns a double digit lead can disappear in a hurry, especially when the legs are a little heavy, so this is far from over if the snakes decide to show some fight.

We've sucked in NYE games up there so expecting a closer second half.

Klintman with a four step lay up. Refs been very good so far. Cairns hanging around, cats in second gear, could make interesting finish.

I don't understand how Kuol can be so shocked, he hacks and hits 100% of the time. Should get called for more

So the ref's bailing out Cairns??? That is not a foul on doolittle. Seriously the calls Cairns are getting that Bryce especially doesn't!!! Crazy

Timely goaltend for the Cats, they were losing it.

Still trying to if seems.

Doolittle MoM for me. Perth did start to look tired towards the end.
Cotton with one of the quietest 33 you'll ever see??

Riley too arrogant to realise Usher was not the man needed in the fourth.
I mentioned how good Doolittle was before game, Hooley must be reading hoops..
Refs were great, let it flow and called what they had to.
Cats deserved the victory.

Klintman so far away taipans best, plus 17 when on the floor.

You would think the door has to be open for their game against sixes. Energy levels have to be low.

Agreed although a Ninnis-coached Sixers are the team you'd want to face in such a scenario.

Yes and I thought their energy would be down tonight, especially Bryce, but not really.

Also I'm sure he's licking his lips looking at a Kell/DJV matchup.
