Doesn't sound like Iverson's in too deep actually.

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. A relative of Allen Iverson was one of three juveniles arrested after police found drugs and guns in a car registered to the Philadelphia 76ers star, authorities said.

Authorities believe Iverson, who has not been accused of any wrongdoing, may have given or loaned the car, a 2005 Ford Mustang, to the relative.

"The car was this kid's car for this kid's use," said Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor. "We're confident that there's no criminal activity on Iverson's part.'

Which is stirring up trade rumours.. Honestly he won't fit in another team unless its teh Bobcats or Trailblazers where he can shoot as much as he wants. I hope he stays a 76er!

and anyway, who says he's supposed to be a role model ? (or a roll model if you want him to have a Baker's Delight contract). He's never claimed to be a role model and has been the same person since day one ... How do YOU define a role model? someone who leaves it all on the court and calls a spade-a-spade, or someone like the Walking Poo who is fundamentally sound but has as much personality and shows as much character as a brick?

AI might be a superstar, but if I ever had kids, he would never be a role model to them in terms of sporting celebrities being considered as role models to the general public. I would rather have a Ray Allen, Jerry Rice (NFL) or Jaromir Jagr (NHL) etc, who keep a clean public image by doing the right things at all times possible.
