NBA League Pass

For those of you that have "NBA League Pass" I have a few questions for you. Do you need super fast broadband or will slow broadband work as well? Does the video pause to buffer? What is the video quality like? Do you need a satellite or any other devices? If you can help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
