When does the free agent list come out?

Normally two weeks after the last game of the Grand Final.

This year would be interesting as I doubt we'd have a League at that time as the teams for 09/10 won't have been confirmed. Add to that there's been rumours that a couple of teams are already recruiting despite the fact they aren't officially playing next season yet.

It will still be 2 weeks after the GF- that is confirmed.
Any team who doesn't even have it's behind the scenes s##t together yet with criteria etc and is dumb enough to be recruiting needs its head screwed on properly- all that will achieve is dangling carrots in front of players they have no control over.
The League is not the slightest bit interested in hearing about rosters at the moment- it is light years away.
Typical mentality of the current cowboys with their priorities up their asses to be talking rosters already.
