Sydney Kings 1st game Atlas Challenge

Footage of the first game between Kings Invitational team and World Vision Sports team put together by Daimon Beathea, an ex-Spartan and China scout for the Jazz.

Pretty funny that the Chinese called the team USA Select. Its actually a team of mostly ex-college bench warmers that struggled to get a gig in the G-league. No wonder the Kings squad ran riot since the level of competition was pretty atrocious.

The game footage is split across 4 clips, showing each quarter separately. Again, beware of the background music, sound effects and facepalm level cheerleading. For those whinging about McQuade and Rosen commentating, you might just realize how good we got it down here.

Thx for linking the vids. The US guys looks like Seabl level, a bit more skilled maybe but won't do in the Nbl. Surprised Muo struggled to finish at this level. Hooley looked ok but the Indian guy got no motor or jump, look big and strong but not much else. Whi is the US starting C ? No 12.

Starting center for the World Vision squad is Dave Foster, 7'3" ex-Utah Utes. Pretty mobile for someone that big but vertical leap is almost non-existent, his saving grace is good wingspan. Could be an ok third import in the NBL.
