Breakers v JJs

Extra home game for the JJs against the Breakers coming off their second COVID outbreak. The Breakers had seemingly turned a corner, but every team has struggled post-COVID. This one's too hard to call.

"It is his side and I'm expecting what he told everyone he'd achieve, finals."

On that logic, we will have a 10 team final's format. Doesn't every coach/team promise finals every year?

Not Cairns, they promise their players if they try hard and play well they will be picked up by a real basketball team next season.

Breakers last game against the Kings showed how they can play with Martin and Silva controlling the offense. Finn Delaney is always a threat along with Wetzel.

Should be good game, hope the JJ's continue to combine their strong D with their offence starting click.

Why does Matt Kenyon keep shooting 3's and why isn’t Mika Vukona starting at PF?

No Siva, but no Randle either (even though it looks like he's on the bench). COVID protocols or other injury?

If JJs got an actually productive import in McIntosh, they'd be a playoff threat

Oh yeah, and if Mikhailovski played and was good then definite playoff threat.

I think Sotto in tassie would have been a better situation for everybody...

JJ's desperately lack size and Sotto wouldn’t be relying on injuries for minutes

If the Jackjumpers make a move on McIntosh they could close to the 4 - would free up magette and adams more

Chasson Randle was unable to play as Peyton Siva's injury replacement as he was also injured.
I’m glad I didn’t watch this weeks train wreck lol

Was an ideal game for WMW to take control and show his wares - an NBA prospect if you believe Bad Santa and others on commentary.

Would have liked the jack jumpers recruit a Asian player. Especially a tall , as it also brings new audience in and show cases Tasmania as well, plus salary doesn't count in cap like the next level players

Wonder what the jack jumpers going to do with Macintosh ? Do they keep him for the rest of the year?

WMW definitely not an NBA prospect, but he's good enough to be a starting PG in this league as a local, which is mighty valuable.

If the Jacks want an Asian big then they're welcome to Liu. Not sure the Bullets would give up that cash cow though.
