Injury Replacement Players and Playoff Eligibility

How do Injury replacements work with playoffs?

Do NBL Playoff rosters need to be defined and set like NBA?

This is relevant to Rob Loe and United. Could be relevant to Cook and SEM but that's less likely because Cook is expected to take another pro contract, and SEM less likely to figure in playoffs

Let's say Loe plays 9 or 10 games then flies back to NZ after JLA returns.

Let's say on the eve of the semi finals JLA or Hukporti gets injured- could United fly Loe back for playoffs. Given he's played over 7 games during the season, could he become an injury replacement in playoffs?

Or are injury replacements unable to play playoffs, irrespective of how many games they played in the season?

The commentators answered this yesterday- United wants to ensure Loe plays 7 games so he's available for this exact situation.
