Sixer fans constantly bag Anstey but when there's a chance to grap him Scott's straight on the phone to him. As for talk of championships - I think it's a little early! It's only an interim competition anyway.

The guy can play. A season with the Sixers might be all he needs to help him improve his mental game. I would suggest he would get more out of it than the Sixers, but imagine the squad:

Schench, Angry Ant, Balls, Motts, Holmes, Bruce, Ingles, Davidson, Burdon, Hill, Kersten(?)

No import required.
Who would the starting 5 be?

I reckon Brett still has one more season left in him

I wouldn't want Anstey here either. Why would we need him when we have Schenscher?

Burston on the other hand would be a good cheaper option.

If Anstey ever pulls on a Sixers uniform, I'm pretty sure the apocalyptic horsemen won't be far behind him. I really don't think I can cheer loud enough for Anstey as a Sixer to cancel out the cumulative years of vehement booing and jeering. I'd be so internally-conflicted every time he scored... I think I'd probably just sit there in silence, waiting for the rip in the space-time continuum to suck me into a black hole.

That's the one thing that the NBL has to get back on track when the nNBL starts

It was always hard to follow teams with such a high turnover of players

I enjoy booing Anstey, i loved yelling jibes at Jason Smith...I hate not having the Kings to hate anymore

Bring stability to the game and i'm sure fans would be able to associate more with teams and consistent rosters
