Adelaide Basketball Consortium

I would appreciate help in tracking down anyone involved with the Adelaide Basketball Consortium Incorporated. It was formed in 1992, Does anyone know anythingabout it, or who is part of it.

I think this was the late David Hookes company that was going to start a 2nd NBL team in Adelaide.
