Sturt is an interesting one as it give you Brett Maher and Phil Smyth.

Phil in his day or Brett?

Interetsing cases could be made for both.

I recall four (4) Nagy brothers
on the court at the same time. and. one on the bench. GEE a lot of brothers played district together,on the court at the same time, Whitford, Dancis, Skinner,Heard, Smyth, and more..
The old days are gone forever the memory is fading away..

Bruce, how many threads are you going for with mentioning 4 Nagys on court at the same time? My count is up to 3 but I've not read every thread yet, see if you can mention it 8 times.

You ARE correct.
Ilze Blicavs married a Nagy.

( I think MORE than five (5) played, IF my memory serves me well.

So surely Rachel Sporn would have to rate a mention??? (oh no, she's female so clearly couldn't be a club's best???)

Vicki Daldy?

IMO, achievement-wise, Sporn would have to be West's best player ever.

Werner Linde or Al Green ??

I can NOT decide, I saw a lot of them and BOTH the BEST players that I really, went there JUST to watch them play, many times.. TOO hard for me to split . TOO many good times watching them..

I saw Rachel Sporn play quite a lot, and, Al Green also.
