Has anybody got through to complain to anyone? And what response did you get? For complaining to both foxtel and ESPN?

I'm SOOO angry about this AND the amount of ads they put in now!!! And WORSE - how loud the ads are!! Our family now sits with the remote in our hands to turn down the volume on the ads and back up for the programmes. Its BULSH*T!!!!! I've complained and if we ALL do they'll have to change their tune! I pay enough for this "service" !!!!!!

All I can say is Foxtel is a crock of shit! Talk about being sooooo outdated don't say anything just say Foxtel!! Even third world countries have better telly than Foxtel! In fact nobody shld pay for Foxtel, Foxtel shld pay people to watch their crap! Formula one with ad breaks c'mon no wander Webber can't win a race you keep putting him on a darn bicycle! Wake up Foxtel you are far behind most of the world and you're crap!!!!!!!!

Just a suggestion to get more customers to foxtel and also a benefit in cost cutting to customers who watch Bollywood TV....foxtel should give a try and hire out Star Plus Indian channel (only 1channel provides a whole lot of entertainment) for ? $15 ..believe me see the result....it works extremely well in NZ.....

I hate Foxtel. Free to air TV kicks butt over it; less ads, more variety, and it's FREE!!
Any good NEW shows go straight to the Movie channels! WTF?!? I have asked them to explain this, but they can't.
I cancel my Foxtel every 6 months, but they would rather give me a Massive discount (that's right, I pay $31 for a $77 package) than lose me as a customer, yet i still feel like a chump for being with them at all!
Everybody leave and they will have no choice but to provide a better service. Im out as soon as my $32 special finishes.
They are so greedy - I am 100% sure their staff have to BYO toilet paper.

Foxtel would have more customers if you could buy channels, for like $5 a month or something. Most people I know want sci-fi or sport but not the whole package.

I got sucked in by foxtel again. Ordered High def channels just for college basketball season..and low and behold they cut the last few minutes out of the game. They are absolutely hopeless, go from one game to another.
Just ring them up and tell them what you want to pay or you'll quit.
I had Basic package + sport and told them the FTA digital channels are better than the crap in the basic package so unless you want me to disconnect I want to keep the sports package on but have the basic package wiped.
So for the last 12 months I've been paying $29 a month.
