might as well scrub that by-law of no transfers during season.
everyone is doing what they want anyway and enforcing will just piss people off and quit if they can't get what they want.

That's pretty disappointing if that Division has been reduced to 4 teams.

It's my understanding that Forestville also dropped a team at the start of the season since they only had 5 active players (+1 injured).
If it weren't u18s I'd be surprised that another club hadn't picked up these players.
Again, who is currently forfeiting/dropping out? Last I checked Sportingpulse hasn'd listed any team forfeiting.
