WNBL Timing Rules

Could someone please tell me the official timing rules for a WNBL game....is it 10 minutes for each quarter, 2 minutes for quarter and three quarter time, 10 minutes for half time and 1 minute for time outs???

Home team may extend it to 15 eg if there's 1/2 time entertainment.

Or a TV game I think as well keeps it at 10mins
