Tip-Off Times

These are now out, although as usual its not clear whether these are tip-off or telecast times

I haven't looked at other teams, I'll leave that for others.

For the Wildcats
5 Games on Friday at 6:30pm
1 game on Saturday at 3:30pm
5 games on Saturday at 5:00pm
3 games on Sunday at 2:00pm

Better than last season, but not great.
Nighttime games are still the best and we get only 5 on Friday nights.

I don't know what's with the season opener at 3:30pm? But most of the Saturday games moved to 5:00pm. Be interesting to know how popular they are with others. For mine, its a bit of a meh time, but I guess it leaves plenty of time for going out after the game.
I would have preferred 6:30pm, but these are liveable.

Only 3 Sunday games, all at 2:00pm.
Still a weekend killer, but better than midday, and at least only 3.

Season opener is on SBS, that's why it's that time I would expect.

Anyway Adelaide's home matches are all over the place.

Friday 7:00pm x3 (+ 7:30pm x1)
Saturday 5:00pm x2
Saturday 7:30pm x3
Sunday 2:30pm x1
Sunday 4:30pm x2
Monday 7:00pm x1
Wednesday 5:00pm x1 (New Years Day)

Not great hey Daz, your team doesn't play outside of Friday - Sunday. Added to that your soft opening at home is still intact to make sure you get off to an ideal start. Take a look at the schedule they've dished up to Cairns - again - and then revisit the term 'not great'.

Yeah, complaining about 5pm sat games after last year amd what others have is a bit rich. You can be seated at a restaurant by 7.30 with a night out to be had, should you choose.

Maybe take your shoes off, so you can count to 14.
And you will see we get exactly the same number of home games as anyone else.
(well, except for the Melbourne teams, who play each other.)

"complaining about 5pm sat games after last year"

Which would be why I said "better than last season".
Learn to read English maybe?

Cairns - five of first seven on the road. Four of last five on the road. Say what you want about each playing the same amount of home/road games but it's fair to say each club would rather start and finish at home. Nothing new for Cairns though, they get screwed every season.... Melbourne get the same reach around, eight of first elevn at home, four of last five at home. It's bullshit.

Melbourne and Perth lose their venues to tennis mid-season. What exactly are you suggesting the NBL should do about it?

5pm games are ok. Like someone said you can get dinner at 730pm in a city restaurant and have till 10pm to catch your last public transport service for free.

Find alternative venues. Major cities, not that challenging.

Very few clashes with home open times so wildcats fans should be thrilled
