NBL1 Central Power Rankings Week 7
1. Sturt (1)
2. Woodville (2)
3. Southern (4)
4. South (6)
5. Norwood (3)
6. Forestville (5)
7. Centrals (7)
8. West (8)
9. North (9)
10. Eastern (10)
A little bit of movement, just IMO. Lots of close games that could have gone either way but we only have 1 game separating 2nd and 7th (official ladder)
Have kept Woodville in 2nd spot reluctantly after their loss to South. Whitmore would be on the hot seat more that Petty now, many more losses could see them drop in the ladder with it bunched up so much now. Southern move up a spot to 4th after taking out Norwood. South leap up a couple of spots with the win over the Warriors, them winning on the weekend the only factor in selecting them in 4th spot over Norwood.
Forestville drop out of top 5 after 2 losses in a row, albeit it tight ones against quality opposition. Centrals stay in 7th, coming from behind against North who had their rent a player in Purchase dominating. West actually looked happy for a change and why wouldn't they, cruising to an easy win over Eastern.
North and Eastern finish in last 2 spots for obvious reasons. Has it proved that Dean cant coach without talent surrounding him. Even bringing in Purchase couldn't get them over the line against Centrals. Can he only win if the cheque book gets pulled out? Will have to make a hell of a run in the second half of the season to have a whiff of finals.
