Rumours Manny has been released? To make way for an import? Bit stiff, has shown glimpses but I guess someone has to make way?
We still thinking Hopson? Probably too late to make a difference anyway.

Hooley was saying on Tuesday's episode of NBL Overtime that he is hearing that the new import is a guard (IE Not Hopson)

Nobody has to make way for an import. Already had 1 import spot available and yes someone would have had to be released, but with Humphries gone for the season then nobody has to be released for an import to come in.

As of yesterday Trimble was playing in Turkey and playing well so I'd say highly unlikely it’s him.
Was mentioned he played in the league. Unsure if that’s the NBA or NBL with they way Luke speaks.

Once again, conflicting messages. CJ doesn't seem to want a new import, but looks like club is going ahead anyway. May just be a PR exercise to say we're trying our hardest to put a competitive team on court. A month or two too late.

Better not drop Manny. Would rather they give him more burn than less. Sure he is a bit rough but has great length and can hit the deep ball. He is a project that I would like to keep and build up long term.

I spoke to JVG before the season started and begged him to look at Tyrone Wallace, was told he couldn't shoot and wouldn’t fit into their system. Wallace is currently shorting 40% and averaging 20ppg with 6a 6r, I don’t trust the Sixers to sign any import at the moment
