Is David Anderson a Dragon

I was just trowling the b/ball sites and read on the Dragons site about Mat Burston. Part of this talked about Mat working with David Anderson in the weight room.

Wonder if this means he will be a Dragon?

Scarry if he is. One heck of a team. And they still haven't signed an Import.

Anderson would be home rehabbing wouldnt he ?
Im sure the European contract would be more lucrative than anything the Dragons could offer - the guy is a fringe NBA player. (hawks have draft rights to him dont they ? )
