How can i contact KB?

i was wandering how i could contact KB via email to send him a little questionaire thing on a topic i have noticed he has strong feelings for - that being role models in sport. I would greatly appreciate anyone who could help me out for this. Thanks!

I just saw KB (Wed lunchtime) at the Snake Pit with the 36ers. The boys were putting in while KB supported himself with 2 big sticks.
Perhaps The Doc was right
