Hoops in the city?

Are there any courts in (or close to) the city that are available for use during business hours (9-5)? There used to be the Adelaide Uni gym on MacKinnon Pde, but that has been abandoned for several years, which is a real waste. I wanna play!!!

Forgot to ask... is there anywhere around the city or down south (around Marion) where there are regular pickup games outside of business hours (after work, weekends)?

A new hoop has been put up next to the City Skate Park on North Tce... but stupidly they only put enough cement down so you can play 3 on 3... Maybe 4 on 4.

Why didnt the Adelaide City Council just consult some basketball players when this idea was being followed through???

Great idea and location...Terrible planning.
