There is a noticeable lack of punctuation at the club.

Absolute disarray at Mornington. Big V program is a shambles, will there be any Big V teams from Mornington in 2018? If they manage to scrape some together it won't lead into 2019. As of yet we haven't heard one person from the club actually confirm that they will be there in 2018. Also heard whispers that the coaches are about to walk. Then there are the juniors, at best, no more than 30% will play outside Regional, this does not build any sort of foundation for the club, now there's a club on the way up with no sign of improving without a competent DOC. The committee and Senior Management MUST do the right thing and resign, now.

Unfortunately "Mock" that is what people are asking. Those that have been there those that are there and others who are lucky enough not to have been there are asking the same thing.

Nathan here's another one. Thought that they had this all in place or looking for another to blame for the issues of the past & future. And the admin staff how many would this make now. Obviously have many dollars to spend. There go the wages again.

The coaching advisor role looks like a writeup where they already have a person for the job but it must be advertised.

Looks like someone at Mornington reads posts on Hoops, what a damn good idea, a Coaching CoOrdinator. I think the role would be similar to being the Captain on the Titanic given the current situation at Mornington.

So....the Coaching Co Ordinator is answerable to the GM, I would therefore assume that the GM is an experienced basketball person with a set of KPI's already in place and a 5 year plan ready to go. Going on current performance of both the junior and senior programs.....doubt it.

I don't envy the person that takes the role on. Big job to fix that mess and I would imagine if this doesn't work the new coaching director will be the fall guy

Agree with both Jack & Anon. Current history is not very good and it will be the same captains running the ship. New people to take the same old flack for what is and will probably remain in place.
