The Forestville Eagles Basketball Club are seeking written applications for the following positions
PREMIER LEAGUE WOMEN'S HEAD COACH
PREMIER LEAGUE MEN’S HEAD COACH
(Positions offered on a two year contract with one year extension option)
The Forestville Eagles Basketball Club has been one of the most successful clubs competing in the South Australian Premier League over the past 20 years having won a combined 11 women’s and men’s titles over that period and 15 in its 65 year history.
The terms for our current Premier League Head Coaches have expired and we are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced coaches.
Your mission is to maintain
1.the significant successes achieved over the past 20 years;
2.a strong, positive transition from juniors to senior level; and
3.a close relationship between Premier League players and our junior teams.
You will manage your program within the club’s Premier League budget and comply with all directions from the Forestville Eagles Board.
The Head Coach position covers direct coaching responsibilities for the Premier League team as well as overseeing the Premier League Reserves program.
Reporting to the Club President and working closely with the Coaching Director and Basketball Vice President you will continue to develop Forestville juniors to form the majority of your team/squad now and into the future.
