Lemanis needs to concentrate on the Boomers....which he is good at.
I personally don't think he is a very good NBL coach....the rosters he puts together always look compromised by mateship.

What about getting a coach with NBA experience.
Most of our guys are based in the US, so is an NBL coach the best choice??
If Boomers job was open I would look at getting a European coach rather than an American. Would suit our players better and most American coaches rely on just having better players than the other team to win rather than coaching and putting in schemes.

I strongly agree with getting a top Euro coach rather than an NBA on (which is what I said on this forum after we just missed the bronze medal)
