Beal and Harris withdraw from WC

Remaining players in the US squad: Barnes, Drummond, Kuzma, Lillard, Lopez, Love, Lowry, Middleton, Millsap, Mitchell, Tatum, Tucker, Turner, Walker.

Zion has apparently turned down the invitation to join the US Select team, don't know whether promotion to the senior squad would entice him back.

Walker/Lowry
Lillard/Mitchell
Middleton/Tatum
Millsap/Tucker/Turner
Drummond/Lopez/Love

They're in a world of hurt. Beal and Harris were the best 2-way players left. Now it's probably Middleton and Millsap. Lillard and Love are apparently undecided.

Smith, if it was an NBA team it would win a lot of regular season games then get demolished when it couldn't guard Kawhi, Lebron, Durant, George, Curry or Westbrook in the playoffs. See: Utah and Denver, 2019.

They've never played together. And I think it's only a matter of time until Lillard pulls out.

Saying this team will struggle/won't medal is ludicrous. It's obviously not their A team or even their B team but for anyone to think they're still not the favourites really shows their basketball intelligence.

I kind of feel sorry for true hoops fans who paid and now have effectively been ripped off. However for all the n00bs in this country who bought tickets who think bball = NBA (NBA snobs) and thus causing the sport to not grow as it should in this country can get Fed. Sucked in.
