A B Divisions?

Just had a look at the summer fixtures, theres divisions A and B for those division 3 n under? whats the deal with that?

More importantly why is BSA scheduling so many byes in div 3 and below when they can balance up each division. Let the kids play!

Also what's the deal with past game logs being erased? Literally every other sport organisation keep their stats.
