Don't tell me someone used Asterix to place next to the Wildcats championship.

Perth have an Asterix even though Sydney were trying to Getafix.

Maybe an Asterix is more appropriate than an asterisk. Perth seem to have a magic potion that lets them emerge triumphant season after season.

I'm sure tools will bring up the asterix at any given opportunity but it doesn't take away the championship.

How does someone make that error in the thread pointing out that it's an error?

Let me guess Koberulz, you were the weird kid at your school?
Nah, I was the only normal one, everyone else was weird.

WAAC.
What's this supposed to stand for? Western Australians Are Champions?

At the end of the day, there were always going to be three groups of fans:
Perth fans, who are "happy" we've won again.
Other fans, who whilst they might be "unhappy" their team didn't, nevertheless acknowledge Perth's achievements,
and the bitter fans, who were ALWAYS going to find something to whinge about and some grand conspiracy to allege.

You can rant all you want about asterisks, but come next year the Cats will still have 10 banners hanging from the ceiling.

Frankly, we should be thankful that the series was curtailed, because its given you something to whinge about, besides the refs, home-cooking.

I'm also thankful to Bogutz and the Sydney owner, because after their performance nobody can ever again complain about Perth fans being arrogant, feral, or cashed-up Bogans.
