Landale ruled out of World Cup
BA announcement: "Boomers' centre Jock Landale underwent a MRI scan yesterday following his left ankle injury in Thursday's game against South Sudan. Results have confirmed he sustained a lateral ankle ligament injury, and cleared him of any other significant concerns. Jock has been ruled out of the Boomers World Cup campaign, and will now return to Houston to commence his rehabilitation ahead of the NBA season."
