Josh Adams to the Bullets

Oh yeah, he's back baby. Great signing by Brisbane, can not wait to see him back.

If he's still at the same level he was, this is a very good signing. I’m hoping he plays tomorrow at JJs, that would be great

Sadly he won't Dunkman, not expected to be available to early January. Will have to hope Tassie and Brisbane meet at some point in the post season

Here's a reminder of his NBL22 playoff performance.

Was kept quiet in the first 2 games of the SF series, before dropping 30 in game 3, including an insane fadeaway contested 3 to seal the game.

Struggled in game 1 of the GF series (still finished with 13 and 8 though) before dropping 36 points in game 2 and nearly winning it for Tassie. (To this day that's the JJs club record individual score in a game). Another valiant 27 in game 3.

Played shooting guard at the JJs and was not really pass first when he brought it up from the backcourt. Josh Magette played point for the JJs that year. Will be a different type of role playing the point for the Bullets. Will score heavily if still at his best but does Prather now get the same looks. With Bateman signed for next season at point and Cook and Prather likely returning, Adam's main goal will be his next contract. Will be interesting how this goes.

Great get for the Bullets, hope it works out well for them. Was really hoping the Taipans were looking at him as one of our imports this year, or when injuries hit and instead we signed Deshon Taylor.

Adams was pretty good with the JJ's but is a high volume shooter and not sure that's the right piece for the Bullets. Prather's probably not going to like it, could be Perth all over again for him when they signed Cotton.

Will there be enough ball for the two of them?

Very inconsistent player, can win you one game and lose you the next. But when he's on, his top level is very, very high. Once the JJs got him to buy into playing in a team system they went from strength to strength.

Good signing by the Bullets at such short notice, a very good fit to replace another shoot first, ask questions later guy like Batemon! Can't wait to watch him play.

Good signing, is clutch and knows the league. Combined with Prather's recent form, I'd say the Bullets are a danger team if they are in the play-offs.

Bullets are the story of the season for mine so far.

Who would've thought a 33 year old Prather would come off years of injuries and a non-eventful role playing return in 23-24, and be averaging over 20ppg. It's the stuff of myth and legend.

Adams is a quality player. Hopefully he can slot in with Prather nicely and Brisbane keep rolling.
