In an interview online on NBA.COM. Stern states (relating to games being played o/seas)
"...So we watch the market, we have an excellent relationship with Rick Burton , the head of the NBL, and we've talked from time to time about methods of cooperation ... "
What sort of relationship/co-operation would be required between Stern and Big Rick, when you consider the relatively minor ranking of our league against the NBA?
