Eddy Groves is throwing the Brisbane Bullets a party ... in Vegas! Foxsports has the story.
It seems Eddy was on his way to the US during the fourth game, and instead of flying back to celebrate with the players, he's flying them (with partners) to Vegas.
I'm guessing EC will be North Adelaides number one ticket holder this season as well.

i heard dusty is tight with his money and the thought of parting with a nickel put him in a cold sweat.
I heard that Dusty may get an offer to play overseas and leave the rockets in around 6-8 weeks time.

If Dusty is trying to get citizenship he wouldnt be allowed to leave the country. If you leave then you need another visa to re-enter and would have to start the whole process again, its screwed up.
He will be in red and white all year! thats a cert!

Can what Eddy Groves is doing now in taking his team overseas on an all expenses paid trip be in breach of the salary cap???
My understanding of the rule is trips for players must go under the salary cap.
we all know that Brisbane hasnt stuck to the rule, but could these be seen as factual cheating?

Im sure that all players and wifes will be "paying their own way"..... on paper at least.
