Taipans v Bullets Tonight

Anyone else joining me in the crowd?
Should be a great game.

It's a shame there's no live scoreboard anywhere. Oh well, it's pre-season...

Can you post a result either here or on OzHoops as soon as possible after the game, please?

Won't be at tonight's game but I went last night and I'll be there tomorrow. I wonder if the Bullets vs Taipans game will set a new record for lowest crowd at a NBL pre-season game at the dome? Are you going to all 3 skip? Will highlights of this weekends games appear in the next episode of "soon to be re-named Seal'D".

I was only there for the second half last night, but am going tonight and tomorrow yea.
Wont be any game footage but a few of the players were asked our burning question of the week.
Should hopefully be out in the coming days.

Half Time
Bullets - 57 (Ere 24, Dusty 9)
Taipans - 52 (Black 15, Smith 8, Boodnikoff 8)
Ere had an awesome 2nd qtr. Nailed I think 4 straight 3's at one point and is 6 from 8 in total.

Bullets finish with a fairly easy win. Cant read much into it considering Cairns outs.
Bullets - 116 (Ere 31, Dusty 19, Bradshaw 20)
Taipans - 103 (Black 20, Boodnikoff 24, Vale 15)

Umm, is that the same "old school" type uni they wore last pre-season game they played?

Its a shimmer style blue. If so, its not their regular season uni. It was made for the pre-season only.

Jawai doesnt impress me. Is Slow. Seems to have a lot of turnovers and misses a lot of shots under the basket.

Bradshaw impressed, can play both inside and out. Nailed a couple of nice threes too.

Thanks for the updates skip,

much appreciated!

Sounds like Cairns gave their bench a few minutes...

Vale didnt get much time in the game last night...and Boodnikoff just looked out of sorts...

15 and 24 pts off the bench tonight would make coach black pretty happy.

Crowd was very small. 150 people maybe?

Bradshaw is a player on a mission.

Jawai will be awesome if he ever gets fit.

Jawai has potential. Just missed easy inside buckets which he'll make in the future.

Bradshaw was decent.

Abney poor for Cairns. Boodnikoff came good in the second half. Black was solid.

No Justin Brown for Brisbane either? Bullets have a lot of weapons and will be in the mix this year.

All four 36ers coaches at the game to check out tomorrow's opponents.

Heckle of the night should go to Abney for his call of 'CJ get a hair cut' when CJ was taking foul shots.

Those two at one point were trying to undress each other. It was quite funny.

I like CJ's hair when its tightly braided. Don't like the wild and woolly look.
