Lunchtime Scrimmage in Melbourne?

Hi guys

just wondering if anyone knows of any lunchtime comps or scrimmages during the week in or around Melbourne CBD?

I play most nights at MSAC, but I'm keen for some runs during my lunchbreak.

I used to play Tuesday's at MSAC, lunchtime comp, a few years ago. Not sure if it's still going though.
