Senior basketball carnivals in SA, Vic or NSW

does anyone know of any senior basketball carnivals
looking at entering a pretty decent team
we are all ex-div 1 players and wanna go away as a group top something kind of competitive
anywhere in sa,vic or nsw would be great
help greatly appreciative
