For scenario discussion, NZ must at least win the game against Finlind tonight to advance, what about the Point Differential matter in order to secure a spot? What about placing between 3 to 5 from the group? I think place at 4 is better than 3 just to avoid early encounter with US in case they advanced and win the first round of elimination.

We win tonight and we come up against Slovenia I think.
A very very winnable game.
I think we would have the best crossover game for a 4th placed team.
Other 4th placed teams would be up against USA, Spain and Greece. Ouch.
All we need to do is win tonight.

(1) NZ Win and Dominican beat Turkey - NZ finish 3rd
(2) NZ win and Turkey beat Dominican - NZ finish 4th
If NZ win they go through.

Is that mean Ukraine will only advance if they beat US? Is that tie break record come first before counting PD?

NZ win, Dom win - 1. USA, 2. Dom, 3. NZ, 4. Ukraine
NZ lose, Turkey win - 1. USA, 2. Turkey, 3. Ukraine, 4. Finland
NZ lose, Dom win - 1.USA, 2. Dom, 3. Finland, 4. Ukraine
