Free-to-Air Game Selection

Surely in a round with no Sunday games, Nine should wait until Saturday night to select which game to air? It's only a matter of getting the footage from Fox anyway, it's not like they have to bother with actually producing the game or anything, and it would avoid things like this round, where by far the worst game is the one going out to the biggest audience.

Illawarra/Perth, New Zealand/Perth or Cairns/Melbourne should've been picked instead. And frankly, New Zealand/Perth should've been picked anyway if they were planning in advance and actually trying to pick out the best game, instead of just re-airing whatever was on the night before.

It's already delayed enough that nobody's going to be putting too much effort into avoiding the result. Why not air the best game possible?

Ten showed Perth most of the time, and Townsville one time, and I like Adelaide. Maybe share it around.

Uh hum. Adelaide has no Sunday games scheduled this season so having Adelaide/Townsville when none are scheduled sounds like a reasonable choice. They also are the only team with the overnight interstate round as well and more weeknights as well. With a non central stadium, small pop for a capital city, high state UE, and no millionaire owner for their team give them a break. Those you mentioned have plenty of air time on FTA this season so stop your whinging and be grateful we have a competition for your teams you think are the only ones worthy of watching. Get of your horse.
