Good signing. I was hoping he'd end up in Adelaide. You have to take the best local players first and he's one of them.

Agreed with MC, semi disappointed Adelaide didn't sign him, but if we end up with Randle, Sobey and Moore then I guess it doesn't matter.

I'm disappointed as well, there goes the odd chance of him starting a brawl with a drunken Shannon Noll at the Crazy Horse...

One risky SG (Beal) for another..
Having said that, hope he's fixed himself up and becomes the talent he can be, the league will be much more exciting for it.
Thank god for that from a 36er point of view. Good luck with that bullets

Andrej would be a good coach for him. Probably best for us too. If we get Moore and Sobey plus a good import pg (Randle sounds very unlikely) we will be pk. Good luck to Webster.
Have they passed recreational marijuana laws in QLD yet?

Definitely KET. But Randle just sounds like it wont happen. Would love him back.

My mail is that Jeff Dodwell will also join Brisbane as an assistant coach.

Boti said in his blog today that Webster is definitely playing NBL next season but not with Brisbane. Melbourne, Sydney, Cairns & Illawarra are set at shooting guard so that just leaves Perth and the Sixers.
Yeah, this is not definitely true. Of course he's not signing in Brisbane. That would be ridiculous, they already have 10 players contracted.
I'm surprised everyone just automatically believes what OP writes with no questions.
Webster is taking is talents to the far west. Have fun with that Wildcats fans.
Fake news! Wildcats signed him, officially announced.
Deal with Brisbane is all but done hey. Thanks for the scoop Dan.

I personally think he will be back to his best for many reasons;
Martin will get him great looks; he will be as far away as seemingly possible from any bad influences on the North Shore; the very competent and professional approach by the Wildcats (including medically) will get him and his back to full health and fitness; he will be forced to "re work" for his minutes (I always sensed he was a bit starting to get a bit too comfortable at the Breakers).
Perth will be tough if not already.

Hilarious! Is Perth the choirboy state now?

^^ I think they were referring to geographical distance (which would be factually correct in this league)
