Men’s Premier League POTW

My top 5

Alex Starling 38p 6r
Dylan Shorne 21p 15r
Eian Davis 30p 3r 3a
Will Wise 25p 12r
Ricardo Martin 23p 10r 7s

I think I'd give it to Martin over Starling.

Having watched the Eastern centrals game, Martin killed Wise. Whilst Wise scored 25 a lot were spoon fed to him with no other offensive options out there and his FG% was poor. Martin's defence with those steals, rebounds and offensive versatility was terrific. Definitely player of night there, great leadership too.
And Starling with those points sounded terrific, interesting only 6 rebounds.
Flop of week was Woodvilles Everett, 1/10 for 2 points and remember hearing he was in MVP conversation. And a lot of imports having visa problems, how can clubs not have this sorted?

8 & 11 in 34 minutes. About what I expect from him, around the 10 & 10 mark.

Haha, saw in weekend breakdown he has joined Norwoods big 3 and formed a big 4. Very serviceable, but $10k? Noah's contract at Knicks was huge, in terms of our state league this would be comparable. Don't think any other club would have offered half as much.
But interesting that the big three basically played every minute, will they last the season even with imports to come? Lot of miles on those legs

Will Wise had 7 Tos, shot 38% fg, 28% ft, 4 fouls and had a +/- of -30

Mavs where 3pts better with him off the court (1:56)

Wise had 25 points on 28 shots the other 4 Mavs starters combined for 30 points on 27 shots.

if you have him top 4 then you have made a mistake.

Hang Time has Mavs moving up the ladder this year! Surely they're finals bound once Rios plays.

If he was that good Forestville would have got him back.

They did 5 years straight! No room for him with Doyle & Teys coming in.

Why'd they get a new import this year then. I mean for Eastern he's a massive get, but not a massive loss for the Eagles.

Probably more like a fresh start for both Eagles and Rios. He did a great job at Forestville, looks like they decided to move on and hope new guy could be better. Apparently visa issues are keeping Rios out.

The Mavs need Lebron not Rios!
