Perth Wildcats @ Denver Nuggets

Didn't see the Jazz game. Kinda glad about that.
Hopefully this one goes lot better.

Tip-off 9am Perth time on ESPN2 & NBA League Pass

Damo is back for this one and is expected to start. Not sure how much effect that has on the result but it's good general news for his health.

Nuggets paying $1.01 on Sportsbet for anyone who wants to increase their wealth by 1% in just 2 hours :p
They have the line at 24.5 points FWIW.

A much better game so far. Still it would be great if our opponents didn't get hot from the field.

If Cotton didn't hit 14 of their 16 first quarter points this would be UGLY

Cats trail 41-51 at half time. Our D was not too shabby that half. Decent ball movement too, with Jesse finding some gaps. Enjoying it so far.

Wildcats win the second quarter by 1 point - 25 to 24.
Much better showing today. Their defence is back to where we're used to seeing it.
Completely different team from the defensive end.

Great effort so far. Denver were drilling Perth from the perimeter in that first quarter. White is very meh so far. Perth look better when he is not out there.

White looks like he hasn't got him game legs yet. I think he'll be fine once he gets a few real games under his belt.

Question is, will "fine" be good enough. Wildcat's won't pull the trigger on him until at least 10 games in.

Remember that Gobert didn't play for Utah and Raptors were missing their two best players. Perth did well today.

Perth reduced their average losing margin of around 60 points to NBA teams today. Something to be proud of right there.

Reckon the average drops to about 38 in 3 games now. It was probably 50 points prior to that game.

Wow, Udog is trying to troll Wildcats fans by bringing games from 1995 into the mix. That's some Boti level ignorance right there.
