I would suggest the bottom five are Hire, Vague, Steindl, Norton and Wagstaff.
I reckon the 5 are Hire, Vague, Wagstaff, Jervis, Steindl.
Norton would have been offered a decent contract to come over to Perth i reckon, doubt he is in it.
Wagstaff would probably be the highest paid of the 5 under the cap, i think his contract was a multi year one signed when he was still really productive.
