Will the COE/NBA Global Academy move to Melbourne?

I heard a rumour that the Centre of Excellence and NBA Global Academy was considering moving to the soon to be upgraded State Basketball Centre in Melbourne.

Is the upgrade to the SBC still happening? If so, any idea of completion date?

Will the COE and NBAGA move there?
