Bogut to Long: you won't make NBA

Homicide said on NBL overtime that Bogut said to Long "you're a mental midget and you won't make the NBA".

I would not believe anything homicide said but if Bogut did say that he's right, he’s nowhere smart enough or big enough for to play five in the nba.

For those curious, Long did play for Philly back in 2017, the last of their tanking seasons (Embiid managed 30 games on restricted minutes, Simmons redshirted, directly affecting Donovan Mitchell's wardrobe choices). He gave them 8 points and 5 boards per game. I guess the knock would be it was Philly looking for a diamond in the rough (much similarities with Casper in that regard). Can he make it back to the NBA? Maybe, I’d say. He’s probably got a better chance than most NBL players if we’re being honest. Certainly some aspects he’d probably need to improve upon though.

Long wont stick in the NBA, that's true. And Bogut did manage to. But if we're going to talk about who is doing more on an NBL court as of today, sorry it has to be Shawn Long.
